CPE plays an important role in PVC pipe

PVC is widely used in building materials, industrial products, daily necessities, floor leather, floor tiles, artificial leather, pipes, wires and cables, packaging film, bottles, foam materials, sealing materials, fibers and other aspects are used.  

The outstanding advantages of general PVC resin plastic products are flame retardant, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, low leakage of gas and water vapor.  In addition, the comprehensive mechanical energy, product transparency, electrical insulation, heat insulation, noise elimination, shock elimination, is the price of the most superior general materials.  

But its defects are poor thermal stability and impact resistance, whether hard or soft PVC use process is easy to produce brittle.  Because PVC is a hard plastic, a large amount of plasticizer must be added to make it softer and more resilient.  

And CPE is an excellent toughening agent for PVC!  

Xiangsheng 135A CPE has excellent low temperature impact resistance, so it is mainly used as an impact resistant modifier for hard PVC products.  Type 135A CPE can be used as the impact modifier of PVC profile 9 ~ 12 parts, and 4 ~ 6 parts as the impact modifier of PVC upper water pipe or other liquid conveying pipe with pressure, which can effectively improve the low temperature impact resistance of PVC products.  

In addition, PVC sheet, sheet, calcium plastic box, home appliance shell, electrical accessories are also widely added 135A CPE, in order to improve the physical and mechanical properties of PVC products and electrical properties.
