1). Appropriately reduce the temperature of the barrel to improve the yellowing phenomenon. 
2). Reduce the speed of the main engine within an appropriate range and increase the feed ratio, which can reduce shearing, and make the mixing of the materials in the screw groove more uniform, and the stabilizer can give full play to its effect, thereby reducing yellowing.

2. Formulation problem: the product turns yellow after changing the batch or manufacturer of a certain additive.
The solution is 
1. Increase the content of stabilizer.
2. Adjust the balance of internal and external lubricants. 
3. Use pigments to complement the color or add a special optical brightening agent for plastic sheets for whitening and brightening.
