Recycled polyethylene (PE) or recycled polypropylene (PP) often contains trace amounts of water. If it is not eliminated, bubbles or water lines will be formed on the surface of the product, which will affect the quality of the product, or even lead to failure in molding and processing in severe cases.

Plastic dewatering masterbatch is a new type of functional masterbatch specially developed to eliminate the moisture of recycled PE and recycled PP. Before the plastic molding process, by adding a small amount of dewatering masterbatch, it can be molded and processed by simple mixing without going through a drying process. In addition to jellyfish, it is a green and environmentally friendly plastic that is convenient to use, improves production efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and improves the environment.

application:

Plastic defoaming masterbatch can be widely used in recycled materials and damp materials of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). Used for blown film, injection molding and other products.

Usage: 

The general addition ratio is 1%~5%, and it is simply mixed with the plastic raw materials used.
