The purpose of the CPE

In the late 1990s, the domestic demand for high performance flame retardant rubber was increasing, especially the development of wire and cable industry and auto parts manufacturing industry, which led to the consumer demand for rubber CPE.  Rubber TYPE CPE is a kind of special synthetic rubber with excellent comprehensive performance, heat resistance and flame retardancy.  

Chlorinated polyethylene resin is a new type of synthetic material with a series of excellent properties.  It is an excellent impact resistant modifier of PVC plastic, and also a synthetic rubber with good comprehensive performance. It has a very wide range of applications. It has been widely used in cables, wires, hose, tape, rubber and plastic products, sealing materials, flame retardant transport belts, waterproof rolling materials, films and various special-shaped products.  CPE can also be mixed with polypropylene, high and low pressure polyethylene, ABS and other blends to improve the flame retardant properties of these plastics, aging resistance and printing properties of products.  CPE can be regarded as a random copolymer of ethylene, polyethylene and 1, 2-dichloroethylene. Its molecular chain is saturated and the polar chlorine atoms are randomly distributed. Because of its excellent physical and chemical properties, CPE is widely used in machinery, electric power, chemical industry, building materials and mining industry.  CPE heat resistance, ozone resistance and weather resistance, aging resistance is better than most rubber, oil resistance is better than nitrile rubber (NBR), neoprene rubber (CR), aging resistance is better than chlorinated polyethylene (CSM);  Acid, alkali, salt and other corrosion properties, non-toxic, non-flammable, no explosion danger.  

Mainly used in: wire and cable (coal mine cables, UL and VDE and other standards stipulated in the wire), hydraulic hose, car hose, tape, rubber plate, PVC profile pipe modification, magnetic materials, ABS modification and so on.
